If someone sent you a link, here is the short version. Client Hub is the tool Konzept uses with its own clients, so every project has one home that both sides can see.
It is not for sale and it is not open to the public. You get in because we work together.

Konzept creates every account. If we are working together, your invitation arrives by email. There is no public sign up.

How it works.
Four steps, and the first one is ours.
Step 1: You get an invitation
When we start working together, Konzept sends an invite to your work email.
Step 2: Set your password
Open the link and choose a password. That is the whole setup.
Step 3: Send and follow work
Post requests, answer our questions and check progress whenever it suits you.
Step 4: Review what we deliver
Comment on drafts and deliveries in the hub, so feedback never gets lost in a thread.

How do I get access?
Konzept creates your account and sends an invitation to your email. Follow the link, set a password and you are in. There is no public sign up, because the hub is only for people we work with.
My invitation never arrived.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, ask your contact at Konzept to resend it, or write to info@konzept.ba.
I forgot my password.
Use reset your password and we will email you a link to choose a new one.
Who can see my files and messages?
You and the Konzept team working with you. Other clients cannot see your projects, files or conversations.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The hub runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. There is nothing to install.
I am not a client yet. Can I try it?
The hub is not sold or offered as a trial. If you would like to work with Konzept, start at konzept.ba and we will take it from there.
